ACCOUNTING / CFO SERVICES
IMG has been assisting First Nations in areas of Accounting and CFO services for over 10 years. Our Accounting and CFO staff services include financial budgeting and cash management, preparing financial statements, financial forecasts and projections, audit preparation, and check various outstanding reports and plans for funding agencies. IMG also works for First Nations under the Recipient Managed, Recipient Appointed Advisor under the Management Action Plan (MAP), and Third Party Management.

CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES
IMG is qualified to assist First Nations in fulfilling their interest towards the 10 Year Grant under the new government Fiscal relationship. IMG will focus on Accounting/CFO Services toward the Financial Administration Law (FAL) and Financial Performance (FP) in order to qualify under the new CFA guidelines. Capacity development support will also work with First Nation community leaders and departments in order to deliver areas for improvement.
